The service

Examerio ("we", "us") provides online exam preparation content — practice questions, exams, and progress tracking — accessible after signing in. By using Examerio you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian may purchase access on behalf of a minor — that purchase is the adult's own transaction and subject to these terms.

Accounts

Sign-in is handled by AWS Cognito (email/password or Google). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Purchases and pricing

Some exam products are currently offered free of charge ($0). Where a product has a price, it's shown before purchase. We don't currently process live payments — this section will be expanded with a full refund/cancellation policy before any paid product goes live.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute exam content
• Don't share your account with others
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls

Content ownership

Exam questions and content are owned by Examerio (or licensed to us) and provided to you for personal study use only — not for resale, redistribution, or republishing.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that using Examerio will result in passing any real certification exam. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, pending confirmation as part of the legal review before launch.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use Examerio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
